Conditions of Use

Throughout this document, the following terms carry the specific meanings assigned to them here. Where the context requires it, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" means the pjokk website accessible at pjokk.io, including all sub-pages, features, services, and game content made available through it.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or interacts with the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access pjokk's betting and casino services.
• "BDT Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka-denominated balance held within a Player's account, funded by deposits and reduced by wagers, withdrawals, and applicable fees.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or casino product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts granted by pjokk to a Player subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, as well as any other payment channels that pjokk may introduce or remove from time to time.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction in which real-money online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and from which pjokk does not accept Players.

pjokk is a real-money entertainment platform. The following eligibility requirements are strictly enforced and non-negotiable. Failure to meet any one of them disqualifies a person from registering or maintaining an account.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on pjokk. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. pjokk will verify age as part of the account approval process and will close any account found to have been registered by a person under 21, returning any balance in line with these terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one pjokk account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether in your own name or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration — including full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method ownership — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. pjokk may request supporting documents to verify any information provided.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing pjokk from a jurisdiction in which your use of the Platform is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of the territory from which you access the Platform.
• Account Approval: Registration constitutes an application to open an account. pjokk reserves the right to decline any application or close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• No Account Sharing: Your account is personal to you. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or receive winnings from your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjokk login credentials and for all activity that occurs within your account.

• Password Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your pjokk account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services. pjokk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Credential Confidentiality: You must not disclose your username, password, or 2FA codes to any third party under any circumstances. pjokk staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify pjokk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. pjokk will take prompt action to secure the account upon receiving such notification.
• Shared Devices: If you access pjokk from a shared or public device, you must ensure you log out completely after each session. pjokk is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to log out on a shared device.
• SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the pjokk platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your own device and network environment.

All financial transactions on pjokk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pjokk does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT deposits or withdrawals. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. pjokk may adjust this threshold from time to time with reasonable notice to Players.
• Supported Methods: Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. pjokk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your BDT wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity on your pjokk account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by the pjokk finance team. Standard processing times vary by method; mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically faster than bank transfers. pjokk will communicate estimated timelines within the withdrawal interface.
• Verification Requirements: pjokk may request identity and payment method verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• Bonus Fund Restrictions: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before fulfilling wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pjokk reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts, up to the total remaining balance. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

All bets and wagers placed on pjokk are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as well as the general rules set out below. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

• Bet Acceptance: pjokk reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed as a result of a system error, an obvious pricing mistake, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Obvious Errors: If a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds, game outcome data, or system pricing, pjokk reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's BDT wallet.
• Cricket Betting: Cricket markets on pjokk cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Interrupted, abandoned, or rescheduled matches are subject to the specific sport rules published within the cricket section of the Platform.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the in-play market at the time of placement. pjokk cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets due to factors outside its control, including data feed interruptions.
• Maximum Wins: pjokk applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings exceeding the published limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a casino game or sports bet, pjokk reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. All Player stakes involved in a voided round will be returned to the BDT wallet.

pjokk offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Contribution rates vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while one is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus carries an expiry period, beginning from the moment of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from the account automatically.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pjokk reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion or from all promotions, without being required to provide a reason.
• Abuse Prevention: Bonus offers are intended for recreational Players. pjokk may void bonuses and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exploiting promotional offers, engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus abuse.
• Changes to Promotions: pjokk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

pjokk is committed to operating a safe, responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. pjokk strongly encourages all Players to make use of these tools and to seek help if they feel their gambling is becoming a problem.

• Age Requirement: pjokk strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance associated with an underage account will be returned via the original deposit method.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a set period of continuous play. These are available from the account settings dashboard.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players who need a short break from gaming may apply a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but betting and casino access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request a self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and permanently closes betting and casino access for the duration chosen. pjokk will not market to self-excluded Players during the exclusion period.
• Support: If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of people around you, please contact the pjokk support team at [email protected]. The team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can activate protective measures on your account immediately upon request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pjokk. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and further legal action where warranted.

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person who is under 21.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or credentials.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended features of the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using pjokk as a conduit for financial crime. pjokk cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence agencies in detecting and reporting suspicious activity.
• Colluding with other Players in casino card games, poker variants, or any other game where player interaction affects outcome.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software, game logic, or proprietary technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pjokk staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

pjokk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. The circumstances and consequences of suspension or termination are set out below.

• Grounds for Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for investigation where pjokk has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage access, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Account Closure by pjokk: If an investigation confirms a breach, pjokk may permanently close the account. In cases of fraud, prohibited conduct, or multiple account abuse, any remaining balance may be forfeited without refund.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by pjokk — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. All Bonus Funds are forfeited at the point of closure regardless of the reason.
• Post-Closure Obligations: The Terms & Conditions that existed at the time of closure continue to govern any outstanding disputes, withdrawal requests, or legal proceedings initiated prior to the date of closure.

All content, design, software, branding, and technology on the pjokk Platform is the exclusive intellectual property of pjokk or its licensed third-party game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• The pjokk name, logo, domain, and all associated branding are the property of pjokk. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any pjokk brand asset without prior written consent.
• All game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. pjokk holds the necessary licences to make this content available on the Platform.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.
• Systematic scraping, data harvesting, or automated extraction of any content from the Platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

pjokk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

• Data Collected: pjokk collects personal data including your full name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and gameplay activity for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Data Security: All personal data is stored securely and transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. pjokk employs industry-standard security practices to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
• Data Sharing: pjokk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud or financial crime.
• Marketing Communications: With your consent, pjokk may send promotional communications regarding bonuses, new games, and platform updates. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjokk's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• pjokk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pjokk makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• pjokk is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or third-party service outages.
• pjokk's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pjokk is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or internet service providers. Any disputes relating to third-party services must be directed to those providers.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pjokk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

pjokk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to all amendments:

• Notice: pjokk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes to these terms via a notice posted on the Platform or via email to the address registered on the account.
• Effective Date: Updated terms become effective on the date stated within the updated document or, where no date is stated, upon publication on the Platform.
• Continued Use: Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
• Archived Versions: Prior versions of these Terms & Conditions are available upon request by contacting [email protected].

pjokk is committed to resolving any dispute or complaint fairly and efficiently. The following procedure applies to all Player complaints and disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions.

• First Contact: If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact the pjokk support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant dates or transaction references. The support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Resolution Timeline: pjokk aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of acknowledgement. Complex cases involving financial disputes or potential fraud investigations may take longer; in such cases pjokk will keep you informed of progress at regular intervals.
• Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint after the standard resolution process, you may request a formal review by a senior member of the pjokk team. Requests for escalation must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the initial resolution response.
• Governing Language: All dispute correspondence shall be conducted in English. pjokk is not obligated to respond to correspondence submitted in any other language.
• Good Faith: Both parties agree to engage in the dispute resolution process in good faith. pjokk will not take any punitive action against a Player solely for initiating a legitimate complaint through the proper channels.
